Data Deletion Instructions

Effective Date: August 7, 2025

KojoForex respects your right to control your personal data. This page explains how to request the permanent deletion of your personal information from our systems, including any data collected when you connect to our services through third-party platforms such as Facebook.

1. What Gets Deleted

Upon a verified deletion request, we will permanently remove:

  • Your account profile (name, email, contact information)
  • Data received from third-party login providers (e.g., Facebook, Google), such as your name, email address, and profile picture
  • Behavioral and usage data associated with your account
  • Communication logs and support inquiries, including message history from our Telegram, Instagram, and WhatsApp support channels

Certain records (e.g., payment and transaction history) may be retained where required for legal, tax, or contractual purposes, as described in our Privacy Policy.

2. How to Request Deletion

You can request deletion of your data using either of the following methods:

Option A — Email Request

  • Send an email to kojo@kojoforex.com with the subject line "Data Deletion Request"
  • Include the email address associated with your KojoForex account
  • We will verify your identity and confirm your request

Option B — From Your Account

  • Log in to your KojoForex account
  • Go to your Dashboard settings
  • Contact support through the in-app support channel and request account and data deletion

3. Facebook App Users

If you connected to KojoForex using Facebook and wish to remove the data we received from Facebook:

  • Go to your Facebook account's Settings & Privacy → Settings
  • Select Apps and Websites
  • Find and remove the KojoForex app — this revokes our access to your Facebook data
  • Then submit a deletion request using one of the methods above to remove data already stored on our systems

4. Processing Time

Verified deletion requests are processed within 30 days. You will receive a confirmation email once your data has been permanently deleted.
